This is a hands on class, be prepared to move! After successful completion of the class, participants will earn their AHA CPR card and First Aid certification. It will fulfill requirements for US Sailing and Captain's License renewal. Class consists of book work, and hands-on demonstrations of skills learned. This class is limited to 12 students at a time. Please come prepared with a writing instrument, something to take notes on; loose clothing recommended.
