Burnham Park Yacht Club is hosting a presentation on “Cold Water Survival.”   Lake Michigan is a notoriously cold body of water that claims the lives of several people every year from exposure. There are ways to improve your chance of survival if you fall into the water and proven methods to care for people suffering from hypothermia – skills every boater should know.

 The presentation is on January 19, at 7 PM at Burnham Park Yacht Club 1500 Linn White Drive, Chicago.  Food and drinks will be available.
